    Initial Assessment

    This consultation is vital so we can understand your requirements, your goals, your injury, medical history, your posture and muscular imbalances. In this session we also give you detailed tuition on Pilates techniques such as engaging your core and alignment. I really care that you understand why and how Pilates can help you gain a better you – to have better posture, to be more flexible and stronger.

    Studio Session: small group Maximum of 4

    The Studio Small Group Session has a maximum of 4 people. You will be given exercises tailored to your individual needs and goals. I will guide you through a sequence of individual exercises utilising the variety of equipment in the studio, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Contour Barrel, Mat and small apparatus. This gives you individual attention at an economical price.

    Private Sessions

    1:1 STUDIO SESSION

    A one on one session, giving you the complete attention for the entire hour. These are extremely beneficial when first starting Pilates, where you can learn at your own pace, focusing on a particular injury or alternatively as a way to give you an extra challenging workout. The private session can also be a great way to re-evaluate your goals.

    Price: $90 per 1 hour session

    2:1 STUDIO SESSION

    Just you and one other person to get the advantage of full supervision and undivided attention. This is very popular with couples and family members.
